< web strategy, end to end />

From hosting migration to
homepage headline.

Most digital work fails at the seams — between strategy and execution, between content and search, between launch and ongoing operations. That’s where things slow down, lose voice, or quietly stop working.

The Myco model is to own the whole arc, from the first audit conversation through the blog post that ships in month seven.

Following is what a typical full-platform engagement covers. Engagements can be scoped smaller, like an audit, a migration, or a content strategy in isolation. But the platform is the strongest case for value.

— one engagement, one person accountable —

the work

What’s actually inside each capability.

01

Strategy & architecture

The work that comes before anyone touches a page.

  • Discovery audit — current site, content, search, analytics.
  • Audience and message strategy — who you’re winning, what they care about.
  • Information architecturehub-and-spoke, navigation, internal linking.

  • Sequencing roadmap — Now / Next / Later with dependencies.
  • Risk register — every dependency that could derail, with mitigations.

02

Migration & infrastructure

Setting the foundation so everything downstream can compound.

  • Hosting migration to a modern, performance-tier plan.
  • Domain consolidation with a 301 redirect plan that preserves SEO equity.
  • Theme selection and installation — modern, mobile, performance-aware.
  • Plugin selection and configuration — only what’s needed.

  • Staging environment — every page tested before production.

03

Content & messaging

The words that earn trust and convert curiosity into a call.

  • Homepage rewrites — headline, value proposition, hero copy, supporting sections.
  • Service page copy — for the hub and every spoke, with consistent voice.
  • Trust content — owner and team bios, testimonials, process explainers, pricing transparency pages, credential displays.
  • Landing pages for specific audiences, channels, or campaigns.
  • Editorial guidelines — so future content stays in voice.

04

Search visibility

Findability, on traditional search engines and the AI-powered ones that are starting to matter.

  • SEO fundamentals — title tags, meta, headings, schema, images.
  • Local SEO — GBP setup, NAP consistency, location pages.
  • AI search optimization — structured for ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini.
  • Keyword research and tracking — what’s searchable, what’s reachable.

05

Measurement

Measure what matters. Ignore what doesn’t.

  • Google Analytics 4 setup with intent-aligned event tracking.
  • Google Search Console configuration, sitemap, indexing audit.
  • Baseline metrics captured before optimization, so change is provable.
  • Reporting cadence — what to look at weekly, monthly, quarterly.

06

Operations & governance

So the work runs cleanly and you always know where things stand.

  • Project management workspace — Jira with 24/7 team access.
  • Documentation — every decision written down and sourced.
  • Customer testing — real users against your actual audience.

07

Ongoing content

The work that continues after launch.

  • Blog program — one to three new posts per month.
  • Content calendar built around what your audience actually searches.
  • Editorial production — research, drafting, optimization, linking.

08

Mentorship & knowledge transfer

So your team can take more of this on over time.

  • Pairing sessions with internal team members on the specific work they want to learn.
  • Documented playbooks for the recurring tasks (publishing a blog post, updating service pages, monitoring analytics) so the work survives staff changes.
  • Quarterly strategy reviews where we look at what’s working, what isn’t, and what to do next.

the engagement

How engagements typically run

Foundation: Months 1–2

$4,000
paid in two installments

Most engagements start with a paid two-month foundation phase that covers the immediate and near-term work typically including strategy, architecture, migration, core content, and search fundamentals.

Ongoing: Months 3+

$800/month
up to ten hours, documented

After launch, ongoing engagement runs at a flat monthly rate covering up to ten hours of work per month, documented on timesheets, scoped to whatever moves the needle most that month.

• Out-of-pocket expenses (themes, plugins, hosting upgrades) are billed at cost.
• If a smaller scope makes more sense — an audit, a content sprint, a migration in isolation — we’ll price that separately. The same applies for larger scopes.
